Last year Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer which came as a real shock to our family. Through the help and support of all the wonderful team at the University Hospital of Wales he underwent treatment and is now on the road to recovery. Prostate Cymru do a lot of great work and so I made the decision to run the Cardiff Half Marathon as I wanted to give something back to a charity that has helped my family and me so much.
