Hi i started this page as i was turned down by Qpr to hold a bucket collection on Saturday when we invite 500 troops back from Afghanistan to loftus road (thanks Qpr) so what the hell lets do it another way!!!

Just to give you a bit of background i am ex Army myself and a Qpr fan Help for Heroes is an amazing but very small charity that does great things for all are armed service men that have been injured in the line of duty.

Lucky for me i returned from all my action in one piece but if i had not i would know i could rely on Help for Heroes so lets help them and show are appreciation by giving a little something to help them.
