Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

my name is Noah and I am 9 years old. When I was 6 a marble (tumour) grew behind my left eye. After 7 months of chemotherepy and 5 weeks of radiotherepy I went into remission. In January of this year I entered the 1.5km junior race taking place in Edinburgh this May. I wanted to raise money for Cclasp a local charity in Edinburgh which helps kids and families like mine who get cancer. Just a few weeks later a routine scan showed that the marble has come back. I have just started chemotherpy again and will next month need an operation to remove the tumour which will mean I lose my left eye. Despite this horrible news I still want to do the run even if I end up walking it and want to help Cclasp who have given so much help to me and my family since 2009. They take me to hospital with mum dad and sister Hannah. Christmas parties,Easter and Halloween cinema trips and caravan holidays in seaton Sands and Berwick upon Tweed. Cclasp have helped me and now it is my turn even though my marble is back to help them and the families and kids just like me. Your donation will go to help Ccalsp carry on with their good work and help boys and girls just like me today

once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
