Story
I have taken the plunge for the second year running and signed up to cycle the 45 mile event.
As well as being good exercise for someone with knees as old and worn-out as mine the main reason is obviously to raise money for the Princes Trust which is such a great charity.
Just thought I would make it even more challenging by having a double arthroscopy just 8 weeks before the event and so have set a goal of completing the 72km course in 4 hours.
