As some of you may be aware I am competing in my first ever 10km (6.2 mile) open water swim on the 27th May and as I have only ever competed upto 5km in the past I have decided to do it in aid of Rainbows Hospice, a fantastic cause which helps give respite care to children and young adults and their families.
