VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON 21st APRIL 2013

Hi everybody, firstly a really big thankyou to those who sponsored me in 2011. Together we raised £1,960 for the Fire Fighters Charity. As you might know I had intended to run again last year, but 6 weeks before the event I suffered a fall and tore the ligaments in my ankle. So that was that for 2012, anyway a year later I'm runnung again and so far so good. hopefully I will make it there this year and manage to overtake Pingu the penguin and avoid the dreaded cramp. I am pretty sure this will be my last attempt at the marathon, so please be generous with your donation, remember I'm doing it so you don't have to!!! many thanks again for your support and this years sponsorship.
