I've set up this account to help support VSO and my efforts to improve health care in Tanzania. Since October 2007 I've been working in a regional hospital in Southeastern Tanzania to give medical care to the people living in this developing country.  I am employed through VSO, a UK based international development organization.  Fundraising is difficult, especially in a time of economic crisis, so any contribution you could make would be incredibly appreciated by me and VSO.
