Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As part of my continuing efforts to fundraise for the Kent Law Campaign, I have decided to undertake this year's 50 km Thames Path Challenge. With a nice and early 6.30 am start at Fulham Palace (luckily for me, just down the road from where I live), the challenge is to walk the 50 km route along the Thames Path in under 12 hours (with a personal target of making it back to central London in time for a friend’s flatwarming in the evening – the race is indeed on!).
I have set myself a personal fundraising target of £500 for the 50 km walk. Kent Law School is using the monies raised through the campaign’s fundraising efforts to fund the construction of a building which will be the new home to the Kent Law Clinic – a service which provides free legal advice to local residents who cannot afford to go elsewhere.
