Why Lupus? What on earth is it? Are there limited edition t-shirts involved? YES.

We're hoping to raise funds for and awareness about this mysterious disease because someone we love very much was diagnosed with it a few years ago. Since then, Lupus has slipped in and out of lives, sometimes silently and other times like a wrecking ball.

You can help us to support Lupus UK, a charity dedicated to finding a cure for Lupus, by doing either (or both!) of the following things....

• Sponsor us to run a 10K race. It may not be a marathon, but I assure you, we are both mildly terrified. Any amount would make us smile (proof of Mark Whitfield smiling for the highest bidder only)!
