The Mount Copland Challenge started way back in early 2013 when 3 students from Copland School in Wembley entered a competition by the Transformation Trust to win an opportunity to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Summer 2013.

Younes, Moh and Najeeb wrote essays, sent a letter and made a video -

Our entry was successful and we were lucky enough to win our chance to climb the greatest mountain in Africa.

Younes, Mohammed, Najeeb, Mr Kevin Lynch, Mr Draper (me), and Gemma Gillen, will be joining a team from Dell to spend 8 days up the mountain in August.

We don't want the lads to pay for anything, and we also want to raise some money for this wonderful charity - The Transformation Trust.
