Story
Another year, another challenge. After last year's trek on the other side of the Earth I've decided I'll do walking and trekking each day for 100 days instead.
It is advised to make 10000 steps a day to stay healthy, however on average we make 4000 steps a day. Being a fidler, on a non-gym home-work-work day, I've made 5000.
So the challenge is straight, I need to add an additional hour's walk to each days routine, or obviously a longer trek over the weekend
Doable? Absolutely. Challenging? Given this country's weather.
So please join me on this challenge, on my walks, and raising money for JDRF a charity supporting Diabetes related research.
P.S. For the geeks like me: I'll be recording my consecutive walks on runkeeper and walk4life, so if you are interested ask for connection through these.
