Yes, I have completely taken leave of my senses, and it's clearly a mid-life crisis thing, but I'll be attempting to run a Marathon on Sunday 23rd July 2006 in Stevenage.

I'll be raising money for Speaking Up. www.speakingup.org an organisation providing support to people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or mental ill health.

Craig himself (an experienced runner) will be doing the event with me, so I can't cheat or give up half way.

We've set an ambitious target of £10,000 so please give generously!
