In may next year I will be motor biking around the coast of Britian in aid of the N.S.P.C.C.

The N.S.P.C.C offers a invaluble service, helping victims of child abuse escape and regain control of their lives

The money that I raise will help support projects such as the N.S.P.C.C Young Persons Center and school services in Nottingham, and the Midlands Special Investigation Service based in Mansfield.

The Young Persons Center works directly with children who have been abused or who are at risk to ensure that they are protected and to help them overcome the effects of child abuse.  The Midlands SIS works to protect children in the comunity from organised sexual abuse, portecting some of the most vulnerable children.

You may be wondering at the title that I have given this ride.

Well the answer to that is simple.  Mick Massey was my Uncle.  Sadly he died earlier this year.  It was a huge loss to my family, but his death has given me something that I thought I would never have again.........

Contact with my Aunt and Uncles on my mothers side of the family, whom I have not seen for many years after cutting contact with my abusie mother.

For that I owe him everything, and hence I'm doing this ride in his memory.

On Saturday 7th of April I will be at CMC, Day Brook, Nottingham, all Day with the bike and all my equipment, Every one is welcome to come along for a chat, to find out more about what I am doing.
