Story
My mum was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She's been through Chemotherapy, and has lost all her hair. She has now finished her Radiotherapy too, she's been ever so brave and I'm so proud of her. Her hair is beginning to grow back, and I never thought my mum would get tattoos (they're from Radiotherapy)!
Fortunately for me, cancer has never touched my life before, but now my awareness has been raised in a very personal way. I'm keen to help raise awareness in others, and help raise money to improve the level of care, treatment and research into a cure for cancer so that others don't have to suffer.
I will be joining my brother Paul for the Playtex MoonWalk 2010. Please donate if you can. I have set a target of £250, but obviously the more I gain in sponsorship the better for the charity!Maybe you would like to walk with us - just get in contact on here. It's being held on 15/05/10 in London.
