The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year, in celebration of the inevitable progress of time and mortality, I am running the London Marathon, participating in the full London Triathlon and riding the 100-Mile London Ride 100 bike ride, for the benefit of the Mental Health Foundation. [http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/]

** Two down, one to go! Marathon and Ride100 complete...**

The aim is to raise some vital money for this worthwhile cause - which supports people and charities dealing with the often forgotten or under-funded problem of mental health in the UK - while attempting to literally turn back time and ignore the fact that I am rapidly descending into the void of passing seconds.

The good news is you only have to donate once for all three events - it's a three-for-one in goodwill! Also, donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
