Hi!
I'm raising money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Unit UCLH Charity who have been doing such a great job at treating my uncle for the past 5 years. I'll be cycling around Richmond Park as part of the UCLH Charity Bike Ride on Sunday 23rd May.
You can see how it went on the day
on my blog:

You've probably not heard of the charity, so let me give your their background. The Leukaemia & Lymphoma Unit unit at UCLH is a world centre of excellence in the treatment of care and patients with leukaemia, lymphoma, and other haematological (blood) disorders. Their associated charity, the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Unit UCLH Charity
work towards improving patients' experiences on the ward.
UCLH are supporting my uncle through his course of treatment and they are doing an excellent job. The money you donate will go towards improving patients' experiences while they are receiving the medicines at the unit. I've been there with my uncle when he was receiving his medication via a intravenous drip, it takes about 3-4 hours and is an uncomfortable experience. Funds are also used to purchase state of the art medical equipment and amenities, and to help support post graduate education for nurses.
Please give what you can in order to donate towards this excellent cause. Thinking of your sponsorship is what will keep me going whilst I struggle up the steep hills in Richmond Park!
Cheers
Michael
