After a year of challenges - opening a gluten free restaurant, moving to a seaside town, running a half marathon last year, and mastering making the best gluten free and dairy free chocolate brownie...I've decided to do something not only for me and my family, but also for my favourite charity - Coeliac UK.

I'm determined to not only raise my target of £1,000, but to also raise awareness of this condition which when undiagnosed made me really ill. Five years later, and I'm back and on top of the world...and running. Mr Smith can't believe it!
