Hi and thanks for dropping by!  Yup it's time to finally do the London Marathon...New York and Chicago were fun but it's time to run my home City Marathon and for a wonderful cause too. 

As some of you know , I lost a very dear cousin to cancer on 12 November 2006.  I meant to run the Nairobi Marathon in her memory in 2007 but injury put paid to that plan so Flora London Marathon 2008 it is. 

The race is on April 13 and I would hugely appreciate your donation  to AICR however large or large ;-)
