Story

Writing something about Matt's fight against cancer is hard, in fact I don't even know where to start, because when I think of Matt, I don't think of cancer.

He has this amazing ability to just make you forget, to have you laughing at old stories or chatting away about what's been going on at work, and suddenly nothings wrong, you're not talking to someone who's ill, you're just talking to Matt.

And this is what inspires me most, it's what inspires me to stop complaining about the little things and to just enjoy life, because if Matt can smile, so can we.

The McHeroes!

Chris, Joe and Jack are the burger crafting, chip frying trekkers who will be undertaking the challenge, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in honour of Matt. It's 100km from London to Brighton and we're aiming to complete it in 24 hours, so it's fair to say we'll probably come back in wheelchairs and you should really donate!

Many thanks!

Jack Cummings, Joe Corbett, Chris Harris
