Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit McBains Cooper's JustGiving page.

As 2012 is a leap year, the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign have launched an exciting fundraising initiative called ‘Make Today Count’ and are asking people to use the extra day for fundraising to make a real difference to the lives of all those affected by a muscle-wasting condition.

For a real experience of a lifetime, McBains Cooper have put together a team of 10 volunteers, namely Michael Thirkettle, Adrian Southgate, Jamie Mead, Emma Harwood, Janet Belk, Joseph Sherratt, Neil O'Brien, Simon Mcnabb, Charles Terry and Donna Thirkettle to substitute the 'extra' day of work on the 29th February for fundraising for charity and to be part of the MDC's‘Team 100’ – one hundred people from across the country who will do a tandem parachute jump to raise money and awareness for the MDC.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
