I am taking part in Palace to Palace London supported by Saudi Aramco, on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust.

As those of you that know me will know, far from being a keen cyclist, I considered the short cycle to the library at University to be taxing... so this is going to be a real challenge for me!
