I am raising money in memory of my wife Helen who died suddenly on 6 October 2015. I would like to support a wonderful local Charity, 2 Wish Upon A Star, in Helen's memory.

I am also raising money for another brilliant Welsh Charity, Kidney Wales. My fundraising page for Kidney Wales is www.justgiving.com/matthew-harris19 

Helen and I were married for 27 years so I have challenged myself to run 27 official runs in 2016. The runs will be a mix of 5K, 10K and Half Marathon.
