I have signed up to take part in this year’s Deloitte Ride Across Britain, cycling the 950 miles from John O’Groats to Lands End in nine days.  More details can be found at www.rideacrossbritain.com.

 

All fundraising efforts for the event are in aid of ParalympicsGB, a great charity who are responsible for ensuring Britain's top disabled athletes are best prepared to compete at the Paralympic Games.  With London 2012 approaching they have an opportunity to inspire more people with a disability to get into sport and to change public perception of people with a disability.
