Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
A close friend of Mine, Miss Sophie Hill-Jones, tragically passed away on 31st May 2008 following a Road Traffic Accident on the M42, at the age of 24. Had it not been for the sterling efforts of the County Air Ambulance, her family would have not had chance to say goodbye.
Sophie was a vivacious young woman with an inspirational thirst for life; in honour of her memory my friends and I have decided to hold a series of charity fundraisers for the County Air Ambulance and the Cancer Research, a charity which Sophie held dear to her heart. The Air Ambulance is funded solely through public donations and consequently relies upon regular support.
On the 18th August 2008 Myself Richard Eades,Paul Mansell and Ben Marsden are Completed a tour of the 92 league grounds in 6 days dressed as football mascots ‘Baggie Bird Baggie Junior Wolfie & Swifty in an attempt to raise as much sponsorship as possible
Now we have done it i can say its the most tiring thing any of us have ever done we travelled over 2,700 miles which is equalivent to driving halfway to China!!!!!!
Please Note
All money raised wil go to the County Air Ambulance, Then when we have a total amount 50% will be donated to Cancer Research
