On the 17th of January i will be setting off from home in Chilcompton near Radstock to attempt to cycle 240 miles to Wales, over the Black Mountains and the Radnor Forest to Shropshire and then heading west to ride across Wales over the Cambrian Mountains finishing on the coast at Dovey Junction by the Irish Sea. I have already completed this route in 6 days this summer but obviously attempting this in January will be totally different especially as some of the route goes over mountain passes at 600 metres above sea level. I will be riding alone and unsupported, not using B&B's or campsites I will be camping in my bivi bag in the forests and on the mountains. This for me will not be easy, at times i will be suffering and yet this will pale into insignificance compared to what Harmonie and her family are going through and will be going through.

I feel honoured and overwhelmed that Harmonie's family have agreed for me to be able to do this to help in the small way in which I  can, please help with this in any way you can whether through sponsoring or just sharing this page with as many people as you can.
