I will be competing in the 2019 London Triathlon as part of #TeamRamsey for the 3rd year in a row.

It is an amazing event and the last 2 years have been an absolute killer so i might actually train for it this year !

I will also be completing a number of different Tough Mudder Events throughout the year as well which is why my fundraising target is high as always especially as we are now getting very close to the £40k raised mark !!!
