Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

One day Phil (Brother in Law) outlined a challenge he had just completed, namely the London Olympic Triathlon. He mentioned that it was a short swim (1500m), easy cycle (40km) and a nice jog (10km) through central London. So I thought what the hell, usually a bit bored at weekends once rugby has finished anyway....

So here we go, I can swim without armbands, the stabilisers are off the bike and can put one foot infront of the other for the run!

Decided the brother in law is a crazy fool but no going back now. A couple of people said I was crazy but would like to put a few quid to charity for my efforts. I have 2 pages for 2 fantastic charities.

Firstly Eden Valley Hospice who have supported my family and continue to support many more. www.justgiving.com/markchappelhow

Secondly Derian House a wonderful Childrens Hospice in Lancashire.

If you are would like to sponsor me on this and any other crazy events in the future it will be greatly appreciated by me and both fantastic charities.
