On the 2nd of October I will be cycling 45-miles (72.4 km) from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle in aid for Prince`s Trust raising funds for vulnerable young people in the UK. 

The Prince's Trust supports 13 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. Many of the young people they help are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems. By donating you are giving vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills to work. Fundraising for The Price's Trust will help change the lives of some of the hardest to reach young people in the UK.

By contributing you are helping me embark on a wonderful 45 mile ride bike, an activity I have never done before in  my life, but which I am looking forward to work towards and complete. With only one month to go, there is still a lot of work to be done, so I guess I better get started.
