Story

On the 16/01/13 I left my laptop unattended whist i was at work and my apartment-mate decided it would be funny to 'frape' me (which is writing a status on someone elses facebook if theyve left it logged on) and wrote the status below.

'For every like this status gets I will donate £1 to the most popular charity asked for, every share will get £2! Feeling charitable me! Youve only got until midni...ght tonight when I stop counting the likes & shares'

Now I cant go back on this even though it is a frape so I am going to raise every single penny I said I would and give it to Make a Wish Foundation and Manchester Childrens Hospital Urgent Care Unit. Social networking is a massive part of the community nowadays and I think we should embrace events like this and take advantage of it to earn some money for a good cause.

So it looks like it's happening now. Aslong as the £1012 is raised between the 2 charities on Easter Friday I will be setting off on a 5 mile run in a mankini from Lowerhouse Cricket Club then running to tattiude up Briercliffe Road to get a tattoo of 'Facebook' with the logo on my ass. With a little charity do afterwards few beers and a little fundraiser. Need to get the sponserships in though even if it's just a random £1 u have on your card. The charity do will be announced at a later date but at the minute were thinking 'Koko's' in Burnley or back to 'Lowerhouse Cricket Club' it will be Easter Friday so a few beers is appropriate after a long hard day of Charity graft.

Jordan Dean has also decided he feels bad for putting me in £1012 of Debt and join with me as a joint effort to make sure we get this £1012 raised for the 2 charities as a minimum. He will run along side me but not in a mankini although he swears to me now he fancy dress will be just as outragous.

The 2 charities chosen are 'Make a Wish Foundation' and 'Manchester Childrens Urgent Care' . 2 Charities that both change and effect the lives massively of children and young individuals in the UK.

To sponser 'Make a Wish Foundation' its www.justgiving.com/mankini5miletattoo.

To give to Manchester Childrens Hospital Urgent Care its www.justgiving.com/mankini5miletattoo2. A little bit makes a massive difference!
