We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

Maisie was diagnosed with Leukaemia (UK's most common Childhood Cancer) 2 weeks before she turned 2. With 94% cancer cells, Maisie commenced a gruelling regime of intense chemotherapy that would last over 2.5 years.

Now 4, Maisie is completing her chemotherapy and delighted to have been selected as Sir Ian Botham's Manchester Hero.

There's no question, without Sir Ian Botham's amazing fund raising efforts for research into Leukaemia we probably wouldn't have our little girl. So, this is our small way to say a big thank you.

In April 2012, Sir Ian will walk more than six marathons over ten consecutive days through ten towns that support life saving research into blood cancers.

Maisie will join Beefy and his celebrity friends in Tatton Park during the final miles of his marathon there and support him all the way to the finish line.

This is something special, something that saves lives - so please dig deep and donate now.
