On the 21st June 2009 I completed the London to Brighton bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation. I'd never cycled 60-odd miles before, and although it was hard I'm really pleased that I made it to the end!
You can still add your donation via this page - 200,000 people die from cardiovascular diseases in the UK each year, and your money will help the BHF carry on doing great work to help those affected.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
