Hi, my name is Simon Storey, I am married to Emma and have 4 children.

I have organised yet another crazy cycle challenge, in the past I have cycled from coast to coast at the thinnest, widest and longest points of Great Britain and cycled between 5 countries, 5 capital cities in 5 days. This time, 10 years on from when I first cycled from London to Paris, in 3 days.... I am doing it again, but this time in 24 hours.... And then I'll be turning around and cycling back to London, again in 24 hours! A total of 360 miles in 48 hours.

I'm raising money for the Whitnash Charitable Trust, a local charity to me, who make a significant difference to people in need. Examples of how they have helped people in the past are: giving assistance to an elderly resident who needed their mobility scooter repaired but couldn't afford it, the charity helped out with the cost which gave them their independence back, another example is paying for specialist counselling for a local family who have children with special needs. They also help to improve the area, a couple of examples are: paying for park benches and a face lift to the war memorial.
