Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Hello everyone
My name is Lisa Hague, I am Mum to 3 lovely kids and fiancé to Celtic's Kris Commons.
I wanted to do something special to celebrate my 30th birthday this March and decided to take on the challenge of raising £30,000 for Marie Curie
Thanks to the generous support of the public, I have already raised over £18,000. (see www.justgiving.com/lisa30k)
I am going to do something slightly crazy to raise the rest (and possibly a little more)!
Along with my good friend Nicholas McDonald (runner up in X-Factor 2013) – we are going to sit on every single seat at Celtic Park (55,500 due to maintenance) in 4-days from Monday 18th - Thursday 21st May.
That is the equivalent of 55,500 squat thrusts!
I have visited the Marie Curie hospice in Glasgow on a number of occasions; meeting Marie Curie nurses, patients and their families. I know that every single penny and pound will make a huge difference, allowing Marie curie to provide their amazing end of life care and support to people with a terminal illness and their families.
This challenge is going to be one of the toughest things I ever do in my life and I hope that you can help in some way.
