Why are us guys Climbing Mount Snowdon and sleeping over night in a tent lol, well for our very good friend Karen Godwin who lost her 5 yr battle with Breast Cancer January 16th 2013. She set a web page to help other newly diagnosed and to help anyone with the disease and answer any questions. She wanted to do the climb herself and manage to get halfway last year but had to be turned back because of bad weather. So many of us girls going/been, or just knowing someone who has been though breast Cancer. I was diagnosed myself May 2003 but doing well today. We want to raise money for Macmillan cancer support who have taken care of our friends in their very last days. Non of us are walkers, climbers or even keep fit fanatics :) we just want to do what we can to help. Doesn't matter how little you have to sponsor me. would love to see your name down and that you are supporting me. Must be worth a few pounds just to see me jogging round the streets in preparation lol xx
