THATS ME, READY FOR TAKE OFF ON MY WINGWALK ON 18TH SEPTEMBER. ANOTHER AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND I ACHED FOR TWO DAYS AFTERWARDS. IT WAS BETTER THAN DOING A WORK OUT AT THE GYM BATTLING WITH THE WIND UP THERE.

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT. ALL DONE. LOST 3 STONE IN WEIGHT AND LOOK AND FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. DID MY PARACHUTE JUMP AT EASTER AND NOW THE WING WALK IS UNDER MY BELT. ALL DONE AND DUSTED. NOW I JUST WANT YOUR MONEY FOR MY VERY SPECIAL CAUSE - THE AIR AMBULANCE. THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE SPONSORED ME AND ESPECIALLY TO MOTORCISE FOR ALL THEIR FUNDRAISING FOR ME. IT ENABLED ME TO REACH MY TARGET AND BUST THROUGH SO BIG B IG THANKS TO THEM AND TO THE CO OP CUSTOMERS AT VICTORIA DRIVE FOR ALL THEIR LOOSE CHANGE OVER THE YEAR, THAT TOO HAS BOOSTED MY FINAL TOTAL.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I lost my lovely dad last May  and this May I lost my lovely Mum too. I am totally devastated now I have lost both my parents, and in just one year too! I feeI I need to do something really great and at the same time, support a charity that really needs my help. This one can only operate with money raised from people like myself. I am doing this in my mum and dad's honour and know they are watching me and will be so proud. Here's to you both - I love you and miss you both very, very much.

Well I felt very proud and honoured to be among the guests at the Sussex Air Ambulance Launch on 8th June. It was the opening of the new launch site also where there is now a nice new hanger and smart new offices/call handling centre. There were many Mayors and Mayoresses there and as you can see from my piccy, a few celebrities. As well as Penelope Keith, there was James Bolam and Susan Jamieson as well as Bernard Cribbins. We had cream tea with strawberries and the John Miller big band played brilliant old time music to us all afternoon. Even the sun shone on us and it was a truly wonderful afternoon and I was proud to tell people I am fund raising for this brilliant service that is now in action and needs all the money we can raise.  So come on my friends and family, donate, donate, donate, I really want to reach my target. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I am calling this fundraising event my Triple Whammy because I  am starting with a slimathon -  to lose at least 3 stone. When I have lost 2 stone I can do a tandem parachute jump. When I have lost the 3 stone I can do a WING WALK - cool eh!!   I am not allowed to be sponsored for a wing walk but I can for the slimming and parachute jump. The wing walk is my personal goal. The whole thing is being supported by the local paper, who will keep tabs on my progress.   

So PLEASE dig deep and sponsor me online - I sooooo need your support. I really would like to reach my target for such a worthy cause as  the  SUSSEX AIR AMBULANCE APPEAL.

It's January 2007 and I weighed in at a whopping 16 1/2 stone. So now my goal is even further away and I need all the support I can get to spur me on.

Now it is 5th March and I have lost my first stone - hooray!!  In the picture with me is the Manager of Motorcise. She is brilliant and is raising lots of funds for me. At Easter she is going to have a raffle for my Triple Whammy Appeal.  I held a Valentines raffle at work recently and made £154.

Motorcise hae done it again for me. They held an Easter raffle for my fundraising and raised a stonking £230. Bless them all for their support. 

I also did my SKYDIVE on Easter Sunday, a very beautiful day to go flying through the air. Such an experience and I wasn't scared at all!!!! Did it at Dunkeswell Airfield near Honiton in Devon. Thanks to those guys for a wonderful experience and I look forward to seeing the video.
