Thankfully, I'm not alone in this race... I've joined 'Team Bea' to tackle my first half marathon with a team of friends and colleagues at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. 

All donations, of all amounts are hugely appreciated. My target is 350 but I think 500 is definitely achievable with the support of my generous friends, family, colleagues and anyone interested in helping a great cause.
