In just over a years time we will be embarking on this fantastic challenge to raise money for the childrens ward in Dover's Buckland Hospital, it's an opportunity to give something back to a place where the staff show an enormous amount of dedication to the work they do, along side this they offer support and encouragement to their young patients and their families. On a more personal note, we would like to say a special thank you to Jay & Kelly, whom we asked to choose a good cause for the proceeds of our fundraising to go to, they, without needing to think too hard chose 'Carousel Ward'. Those of you who know the family will know what a remarkable young couple they are, they showed such love & bravery when they sadly lost thier first born son Ronnie aged nine months, a loss that was felt by so many, we will climb that mountain in your honour little Ronnie Player , a perfect little Angel xx x xx
The trek itself will take place over a ten day period and the challenge itself is a tough one but the biggest challenge may come with the altitude, seeing us trekking for up to 10 hours a day ! We will train hard and succeed in our mission and in the meantime it is our hope that in this difficult financial climate you will dig deep and help us raise a substantial amount of cash for this worthy cause. we will of course be holding various events in the coming months and hope to see some of you there. I will update from time to time and let you all know how we are getting on, but for now we would both like to thank you again for visiting our page & with any luck parting with a few of your hard earnt £
