About our charity : ChildLine ChildLine
ChildLine is the free helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call at any time of the night or day. That's because ChildLine's helpline is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. But without help, that might change because of the lack of funds. ChildLine is in urgent need of funds so that we can continue to stay open overnight, which is when some of the most desperate children need us most.

Hi,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. If you don't already know, as part of a thirty strong team, I will be trekking up the highest mountain in North Africa, Mount Toubkal during four days in June.

Please sponsor me online for as much as you can afford..... I am grateful for all donations.

It's for a very worthy cause and if you don't usually give to charity, I promise you that this one really is making a difference and is in desperate need of our help.

Approximately 4,000 children in the UK call ChildLine every day. The organisation has expanded very rapidly to try to meet the needs of the children who call, yet they are still only able to answer about 2,300 of these desperate young callers every day.
