I'm doing the Great North Run this year for Cancer Research UK which is a cause very close to my heart! Its a fantastic charity so please dig deep!

Anyone who knows me well will know what a huge challenge this is for me. I have never been very 'sporty' until the last year and at the begining of this year I could bearly run for 5 minutes! I have to get myself trained up to running 13.1 miles and I need all of your support to help me cross that finish line!
