Story

Hello all.

MY TEAM ARE TURNING BLUE IN SUPPORT OF PROSTATE AND TESTICULAR CANCER

SOME OF YOU THAT HAVE SEEN US MAY HAVE NOTICED THE GROWTH OF CERTAIN TASHES AND FACIAL HAIR ON MY TEAM (GROUP 2 NORTH HERTS) OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS........ON FRIDAY 17TH JUNE 2011 WE WILL BE TURNING BLUE IN SUPPORT OF PROSTATE AND TESTICULAR CANCER.

THIS WILL INVOLVE THE WHOLE TEAM EITHER DYING THEIR HAIR/FACIAL HAIR OR DONNING A BLUE WIG IN SUPPORT OF THE CHARITY.

ON A SERIOUS NOTE THIS IS FOR A REALLY GOOD CAUSE, ITS A FORM OF CANCER THAT IS RARELY TALKED ABOUT AND PROSTATE CANCER KILLS ONE MAN EVERY HOUR.

BY TURNING OURSELVES BLUE WE WILL BE RAISING AWARENESS AND HOPEFULLY RAISING A DECENT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE CHARITY SO PLEASE DONATE ANYTHING YOU CAN NO MATTER HOW SMALL.

MANY THANKS

RCN exempt charity status
Everyman is an appeal run by The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Every year some 10,000 men lose their lives to prostate cancer and over 2,000 others have their world turned upside down by a diagnosis of testicular cancer. These men are the reason we are fundraising for male specific cancers.
