Story

So a few of you know i'm going to Africa next summer, even fewer of you know I want to climb a mountain and probably even even fewer of you know that my Auntie died from cancer when I was 14. It's not something I shout around, especially as she was only 46 - not old enough by any means. Whilst ill she stayed in a hospice in Inverness, which doesn't charge people to stay there - but does depend on fundraising to keep it going. So I want to help.

This all adds up to me doing probably the hardest/ stupidest thing yet I'm going to climb Killimanjaro - the tallest mountain in Africa, and one of the seven summits- for Highland Hospice. I'll be doing it sometime between June 20th and July 10th and I'm funding the climb completely myself, so every penny you donate will go straight to the charity. In exchange for me spending a whole week trying to climb Kili, it would mean the world to me if you would sponsor me.

You can sponsor from anywhere, so no excuses for people abroad - just google conversion rates to GBP! For people not sure how much to sponsor - ANYTHING, seriously i'd rather 10p than nothing. Also UK people please do Gift Aid, it really does help!

Thank you in advance - now go get your wallet/purse!!
