Hello Katie, Debbie and Matt fans!

As you can see from our lovely picture, sweatbands are go and we're running 5k in July as part of the Dulux Colour Run in Wembley.

The Colour Run is supporting Stand Up to Cancer, a fantastic charity working together with Cancer Research to support research teams in the UK.

The plan is to get pretty gross and sweaty running 5k whilst having paint chucked in our faces, and raise some money for a good cause at the same time. So please donate, any amount big or small would be hugely appreciated!

Also, use this page to donate to Matt as well because he's too lazy to set his own one up... 5k will truly be a challenge for him.
