After years of thinking about it, I'm finally taking the plunge and running the Swansea Bay 10k. 

As a major initiative to get me to the finishing line in as short a time as possible, I've decided to raise funds for the brilliant charity Amser Justin Time, set up by Shan Cothi in memory of her husband Justin Smith who sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer at the age of just 42.

As well as raising awareness of the terrible disease, the charity supports pancreatic cancer patients and their families in Wales by funding a specialist nurse. It also funds research into pancreatic cancer.

Shan and her friends have been working tirelessly for this cause and I would really appreciate any donation, however, small, to help them.
