Hello,

Last year the Tough Gaffs team raised over £1,000 for Help for Heroes by completing the Total Warrior Total Weekend. That was a 10 km race on the Saturday, followed by 10 miles on the Sunday, all in the lovely Lake District and featuring 20 obstables. 

This year the course organisers have promised that it will be even tougher, with even more obstacles thrown in to keep us entertained and I'm sure they'll chuck in a couple more hills.

So please dig deep, or shallow, whatever you can spare will be greatly appreciated by us and H4H.
