The last time I went on a proper* hike, I had to be carried out of the canyon on a mule.

This time will be different (because I've been training, and I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my work friends).

I'm going to do the Three Peaks Challenge, which involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, in 24 hours.  

It will be physically and mentally exhausting, but is nothing compared to the pain felt by the homeless who need Crisis, my chosen charity.  

So please, dig deep, and help me raise money for people who really need it.
