On the 4th June, George and I rounded off our 95 mile charity walk of the West Highland Way in aid of CLAN (Cancer Link Aberdeen and North) by climbing Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain. Apart from day 1 it was hot and sunny, over 30deg for 5 of our 8 days, but we got there as planned.

We have had excellent support so far from friends, colleagues and businesses and, through this web page, still hope to reach a few more of you for sponsorship.

CLAN is a worthy local charity and needs all the support we can give, especially at this time when, in addition to their regular commitments, they are raising funds to provide a new facility to replace CLAN House through their CLAN 123 campaign.
