Story

Hi Everyone- well its 3 weeks to go now so no going back! I am running the New York Marathon on November 5th which is going to be one of the hardest things Ive ever done. Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. to help Get Kids Going, to help raise money for a disabled child to have a wheelchair for sports activities.

Many thanks for your support and think of me running on Nov 5!  So far all going well and despite several injuries over training period will be crossing the line in some shape or form after about 5 hours.  Fairly confident as I managed 20 miles last week

Love and best wishes

Juliette Riddall

Well I did it!    I couldnt run for the 5 weeks after I did 20 miles as I reinjuyred my leg but stubbornly wouldnt give up!  It took me 6 hrs 8 mins and 25 seconds- I loved and hated every minute of it... my leg was a constant source of pain for 26 miles but somehow managed to get head around that and enjoy the run. It was freezing though- 3 to 5 degrees and a beautiful day. New York was brilliant and the crowd amazing- one of the best days of my life!  So now I am enjoying a well earned rest and anyone who wants can look up the marathon site and look at photos under results- jsut enter 45908 bib number.

Thankyou for sponsoring me

Love Juliette
