Jess cycles 100km - in the dark!

NIGHTRIDER 2011 · 11 June 2011 ·
I'm going to be taking part in Nightrider 2011 - a 100km bike ride through the streets of London through the night - in aid of the Medical Foundation from Victims of Torture.
The Medical Foundation is the only organisation in the UK dedicated solely to the treatment of torture survivors. They provide a wide range of help and support aimed at medical and social needs, practical assistance and psychological and physical therapy, as well as working to improve awareness and understanding of torture and its consequences. You can read more about how the Medical Foundation are helping their clients on their website: http://www.torturecare.org.uk/survivors_stories
There's all sorts of reasons why this is a bit a challenge for me - not owning a bike when I signed up being a pretty major one! Please help make it all worth it by sponsoring me and supporting the Medical Foundation.
Thanks :-)
