I took part in Palace to Palace, on 5th October 2014. I cycled 90 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.  This is further than I have ever ridden before, nearly twice as far, which for me was a really daunting prospect.

I have always been encouraged to challenge myself and take every opportunity, knowing that I had the full backing of my friends and family.  I would like other young people to be given the chance to feel the same, and The Prince's Trust works hard to provide this in many ways.
