Story

Please pass on the invite and link to this page to any family members i havent contacted, they need to come too!

As some of you may be aware, this august i will be taking part in the prudential ridelondon 100, which is a 100 mile closed road cycle ride along the olimpic route, starting in london going through surry (and over those monstrous hills) and back to london.

am i riding this for fun? am i a silly sadist? well maybe but not completely. the main aim of the ride is fundraising for charity and my chosen charity is Whizz Kidz. Whiz Kidz (http://www.whizz-kidz.org.uk/) are a charity i worked closely wiith during my time in special needs and provide a life changing service for young people not only with special mobility needs, but those who do not have access to the wheelchair services that out NHS inadequately provides. yes, they provide wheelchairs to younguns who need them.

its not all charity though, my idea to solicit the £1000 i am aiming for is to throw a party for those generous enough to donate towards my cause!

heres the dealio, you donate £20 (those unable to donate that much please message me and we can make an arrangement, those with more cash to spare are welcome to donate more) and in return you get to come to a party at my house/garden where i will have provided free homebrewed alchohol and snacks for your pleasure!

i aim to provide: homebrew scrumpy, apple wine, stout and ipa (a full firkin for you real ale buffs), plus a variety of bottled real ales.
